Frequently asked questions
What does a website, shop or piece of software cost?
That depends on the scope. After our first conversation you receive a binding quote with a fixed price for the agreed scope. If anything is added later, we discuss it with you first.
How long does a project take?
A company website is often live within a few weeks; shops and custom software take longer, depending on scope. We set out the schedule in the quote, including interim stages you can see and review.
Can you take over an existing website or shop?
Yes. We review what’s there, back everything up and take over operations and maintenance – or we plan a clean fresh start together if that makes more sense.
Will I own the software afterwards?
Yes. The source code, content and access credentials belong to you. If you wish, we hand everything over in full and documented, so you are never dependent on us.
Do you only work in the Munich area?
We are based in Oberschleißheim near Munich and work with businesses across Germany. Most things are easily done by phone and video call.
What happens if something stops working later on?
Then give us a call. If we run your systems, we monitor them continuously and often step in before you notice anything.
